Heel is hot to the touch .
Heel is hot to the touch . Starting to get pain on inside ankle . Diagnosed with PF . I’ve had cortisone shot only lasted 3 weeks never again ! I’ve done stretches , wear oofos, Archie’s, birks it won’t go away ! Roll , stretch , ice you name it been done ! Suggestions … concerned with the hot heel
