Hello everyone! It's been a while since I've last posted something. I could really use some encouragement, I feel like I'm really struggling with the recovery at the moment and I don't know what else to do or who else to speak to. It's going to be 1 year since the second surgery this month, and 1 year and 1 year and a half since the first one. She examined my feet, analyzed my foot function and gait and said basically my feet are not functioning the way they should which is not only causing pain and degenerative changes, but also affect areas higher up eg hips, knees.
