Hello! I am due for MIS on my right foot on December 10th, but not feeling terribly confident with the procedure. My doctor does not use hardware at all. She showed me how she’d cut a wedge-shaped section out of my bone and realign it, as well as shaving off the bunion. I wonder if anyone has an opinion on which type of procedure is more affective and safe. Also, I’m a little anxious that I will only have a nerve block and no anesthet
