Hello. I am new to the group and I am in the process of trying to decide if I’m ready for surgery. My feet look past ready lol. I saw a foot ankle surgeon yesterday. He suggested a modified McBride with lapidus procedure and an osteotomy on the second toe on the right foot first since that’s the one that I dislocated in December. Anyone had this procedure? I’m wondering if I need to search out a second opinion to see if I’m a candidate for the lapiplasty procedure.
