Hello, I have also had problems with my big toe for a few years now and have tried almost every medication available. Some dermatologists did not want to take a sample. I had it done once in a laboratory, where they found small colonies of Candida parapsilosis. The last dermatologist took a quick look at my toe and said it was ‘onychauxis’, i.e. a thick, damaged toe. I can't remember ever injuring my toe. I just wanted to ask if anyone else has had the same Candida parapsilosis
