Hello. My bunions are moderate and starting to turn my toes/ cross over other toes. I have limited pain from the bone but my calluses are really painful. Im struggling to run because of them. My question is, would this be enough to go through the operation. I thought it was only recommended when the bunion pain was unmanageable.
