Help! I just don't know where to turn. I am suffering from intense foot pain. A little about me. I am 66 years old. I work 3-4 days a week as a cook. I am on my feet for 8 hours a shift. This is really painful for me. I really need to find a nice desk job. I have neuropathy in my toes. My main areas of pain are my arches (which i am told are flat). Then I have these bumps on the side of my foot at the fifth metatarsal. They ache. I
