Help! Ive been seeing a foot Dr for two years now and am on 600mg lyrica. Here's what an xray say; Minimal calcaneal plantar spurring. Question small chronic erosive changes of the distal 1st metatarsal possibly a sequelae of gout. Joint: No dislocation. Mild 1st MTP joint space degeneration minimal hallux valgus. Soft tissues: No ankle joint effusion.
