Hi all has anyone got and fitville shoes I have a taylors bunion Shared post Sandra Gouveia After 6 months, 2 mri, 2 foot orthopaedic surgeons and 1 pain consultant I’ve finally been told I have tailors buionette. I have been advised to buy some special insoles which have helped a little so now the consultant has said he’s going to give me an injection which will apparently really help with the pain. Has anyone had this injection? Does it hurt? Any advice on post injection care? Many thanks Shared post Becky Baker Stephens Hello thank you for adding me to the group. I have been to at least 8 doctors and had 3 different physical therapist work on my big toe. 10 years. I have had dry needling done I have had 2 cortisone shots and I still have issues. I do have orthotics and in the last 8 months had them adjusted 3x. Lately I am now having shooting pain from under my knuckle bone. I do go to a chiropractor weekly also for it. I also take a prescription inflammation medication 2x a day.. CBD has not helped and herb does not as well. I am a fitness competitor, group fitness instructor and trainer and nutrition coach. I have broken on my right side, my big toe, broken my ankle, snapped my calf, broken my knee in half and had a cortisone shot in my hip. Not at one time and that was just my leg. I watched the video I saw a link for. I have do e it all. I wear hokas Bondi and I have to ignore the pain and now I think it's starting to get worse or do nerve damage. Shared post DL Walker A big concern about cortisone injection is that there is weakening of remaining joint cartilage and progression of degeneration.
