Hi all! So it's killing me in these places and going up into my ankle. It feels like something is shattering everytime i move my foot. I have had a plantar fascia release and spur removal then a scar removal afterwards. My x ray showed no broken bones BUT I haven't had an MRI. I can't stand for very long as I feel tremendous pain and discomfort. Any ideas or tips? I have an appt 3/11 w podiatrist
