Hi everyone, just joined the group as I'm just looking for some support from people who get it. I feel like family and friends just don't, which is understandable. I basically had a full foot reconstruction. They realigned my heel, rebuilt my arch, fused part of my midfoot, corrected my big toe, straightened my 4th toe, and put in several screws to hold everything in place. It was quite a big op to fix my collapsed foot and stop it getting worse. I got run over by a bus as a child which caused the damage.
