Hi everyone, thankyou for adding me. I have a question but a brief background first. I had keyhole bunion surgery on my right foot 2016 with complete mobility in the joint which thankfully was a complete success. 10yrs down the line I was hoping for the same on my left but during that 10yrs I have developed severe arthritis in both feet, the left more than the right. My surgeon has said that due to this the only surgery that would help would be a fusion of the joint. My question is, how easy is it to walk once healed without any flexibility in the joint? I work retail 3 days a week so on my feet the entire time. I worry it'll be worse rather than better. I'm going in for a steroid injection this morning so I'll ask then but wanted to know how you lovely people have managed with a fusion please. Many thanks
