Hi I am only new to this group.

Hi I am only new to this group. I've had a bunion for several years but was never that bothersome. Recently I am getting a shooting pain along the bunion big toe and it is rubbing against my toe beside big toe and it is sore too. I also have a hard part on the sole of my foot too. I'm finding I can only wear trainers as all other footwear is really uncomfortable. I haven't tried anything or visited a podiatrist yet.
