Hi! I’m freaking out because I used an electric toenail file for the first time today and totally forgot to wear a mask. I squatted in the shower (water was not on). Now I’m worried about the dust going into my mouth and developing a mouth infection. Ughhh. Can anyone please help me stop spiraling in my head?!
