Hi i’ve had this happen to my toes since last year doctors have said it chill blains however im almost 100% sure its not as this has been going on throughout hot weather etc. I have had my fingers change colour slightly a few times but not as severe as my toes, it is painful when this happens. Any ideas please let me know! (i have tried hydrocortisone , antihistamines etc however no improvement!) No photo description available.. No photo description available. My question is the outside of my foot right where that that pointy bone sticks out i get jabbing pain and sometimes it feels like a rubber band snapping. Is that normal? I have had an x-ray it showed a bone spur and soft tissue swelling. Shared post
