Hi well went for tissue massage physio on Friday as my foot, ankle toe still very tight and mu calf muscles from being in the surgical shoe. The physio said to me you have a stitch still in your foot but obviously I couldn't see it anyway took a picture of it . I emailed the consultants secretary but i was told have stitches which dont dissolve.
