Hiya. Just wanted to post a few top tips following my bunion surgery 2 weeks ago - my surgery was classed as ‘severe’ so it may not apply to you. I am on crutches non weight bearing for 4 weeks Ideally before the operation work on improving your upper body strength with weighs and your balance after the operation be careful taking Codene ( it can make you sick) no one told me that!
