How many people had connecting flights canceled or were rescheduled at BWI Wednesday July 22nd? Southwest gave us a BS reason saying it was due to the air traffic control

Airlines have to report cancellations and any delays over 15 minutes to the dot along with the reason for delay. There has been severe weather all up and down the eastern seaboard causing 100s of cancellations. Some people’s flights have been cancelled for days. The weather may not be at the departure or arrival airport but anywhere along your flights assigned route.
Airline said it wasn't weather, but was due to the number of planes in the air.
I got offered $20 to change my flight. I thought maybe they missed a 0.
