I am 10 weeks post and it has been going pretty smoothly - with small ups and downs - but normal according to people's posts here. But...last night had the most terrible night. I was getting zapping sensations on my right foot toe at the base. I have had that before maybe once or twice a day. But yesterday evening and all through the night it was basically every 20-30 seconds and they were bad enough that I didn't get any sleep.
