I am looking for a good shoe for work and I have only found the Vionic loafers that I like the look.

I am looking for a good shoe for work and I have only found the Vionic loafers that I like the look. Has anyone tried those for bunions and if so, did you have to get wide ones for space for the bunion? The toe area does look a bit narrow. I had to get a wide in my birkenstock sandals for the bunion. Also, did you get orthopedic insoles custom made? Thanks.
