I don't know what to do.

I don't know what to do. I have been wearing the same running shoe 928v3 New Balance for over a year. I used powerstep insoles and it greatly helped my PF. Today, I wear my new running shoes 530 New Balance, they look so cute, gold and cream colour, very stylish, with my powerstep insoles and it completely threw my body off. I had my leg pain return, hip/lower back discomfort and pf bottom right heel. I took a break wearing them today alternating between the black ones, but I don't know I guess there was something about those shoes despite using insoles, that wasn't compatible with my body. Can someone give some insight what I should do? Do I need to return them? Should I see a pt to figure out why I can't wear those shoes? I just need to understand why my black ones where perfect, and these one I'm struggling with. I 'm so sad, I thought using insoles was the answer to be able to wear any running shoe, I guess I may be wrong about that.

How long did you wear them? I can only wear shoes an hour or two when new . Slowly work my way up to more time so my feet can adjust. It’s no fun and I totally get wanting to feel cute and stylish. I miss that sometimes.

Some New Balance shoes like the 860s have a stability plate to help with over/under pronation but if you put custom orthotics in them it can throw things off a bit. My podiatrist recommended me to get the New Balance 880s instead which is a neutral shoe but better for the orthotics.
