I had a second steroid injection for plantars and he said that 80% of people don’t respond to 1 injection that’s why we are trying 2. So far I don’t think it’s helping much because I’m still limping. He also made note that I don’t have much fat pad left in my heel where the plantars is. Just wondering if they might do a fat transplant next from other parts of my body? I could spare some fat in a couple areas right now because I ha
