I had foot surgery 9 weeks ago, it will be 10 on Monday. The reason I had the surgery was because of ball of foot pain and my second toe was raising up and starting to cross my big toe. For surgery, I had my second and third toes shortened and a ligament on the second toe repaired. What I don't understand is why it still hurts at this point to put weight on the ball of my foot. My surgeon hasn't been very helpful with my expectations.
