I have a confession….

I have a confession…. I really didn’t like treating patients with a diagnosis of Hallux Limitus. There were so many factors to consider all at once. Pain management, inflammation, muscle imbalances, gait deviations, footwear choices, connective tissue restrictions, patient education…. Plus, I knew that my patients were doing damage with every step that they took. And when you consider that we are recommended to take at least 5,000 a day. That is 35,000 micro traumas per week
