I have a different question here. We're not born with bunions and I don't know if any children that have bunions. From a little bit of research, which a lot is contradictory, it looks like it could be a muscle issue that is not holding the bone in place. To me it looks like if our foot was a plastic skeleton and we could manipulate it, we could move that bone back in place naturally and not by surgery.
