Rub in some Germolene before you go to bed and put a plaster on top. It is just inflamation, I get it sometimes on a finger. I do the above and by morning all is well.

I have a very sore toe.
I have a very sore toe. I have taken numerous samples for fungal testing but all negative. Can anyone give me any clues what this maybe please..picture in comments. Toenail is white - yellow and coming away from skin underneath.i cannot stand the pressure of shoes. Thanks

I'm not a podiatrist but that looks fungal to me.....best bet is to see a podiatrist to get proper diagnosis. However, a pharmacist should be able to tell you what over the counter fungal care medicine can be used.

Gaylene Jee 3 seperate tests have come back negative for fungal infection
