I have absolutely had it with the pain in my feet.

I have absolutely had it with the pain in my feet. It wakes me up some nights. I'm going to say most of it is because of the bunions and the way my bones are shifting. If it's something else I'm not sure. Where I live we don't have a podiatrist. One flies in from another city a couple times a year. The wait list is horrendously long. What are some things you do for your feet to ease the pain?
