I have had issues with fungus in my right big toe nail for a few years, the nail starts to lift and is painful, anyway, part of the nail started to come away so I have cut it down as far as it will go, so this is my opportunity to really attack the fungus underneath as it’s almost all exposed. If anyone can advise what I do next that would be great ie. What best treatment to buy, do I strap it up etc. I go to the gym a lot so I need to also protect the toe and nail matrix.
