I have plantar facitis, and have recently developed a tailors bunion on the same foot, which has become quite painfull. Does anyone have recommendations for shoes with a large hell to toe drop, and also a wide toe box. Lived 42 years of my life with no foot pain, but struggling now. Thanks for any suggestions
