I have TERRIBLE stabbing pain on the top of my left foot.
I have TERRIBLE stabbing pain on the top of my left foot. I have a flat foot and pronate. I have done cortisone shots, boot, brace, orthotics, creams, soaks, massages, kinesiology tape, PT, Gua sha, acupuncture, red light therapy and bee venom serum. I think I have it all listed Basically everything but surgery. <----- That word scares me and ain't nobody got time for downtime but I can't take the pain anymore I have gained weigh
