I just had my surgery on Wednesday and have been in quite a bit of pain. Today has been the best since the surgery however, my foot is not constantly feeling cold… it feels like I was outside in the rain all day and then came inside and it has like a damp cold feeling… (no I did not get it wet). Anyone else experience this feeling? My toes seem to be normal white color, my nails are not purple. Yes I’ve been icing on and off but the ice has been off for hours now and it’s been like this all day.

Perhaps keeping it elevated all the time might give you this feeling? 🤷‍♀️

Your foot and wrap look good by the way. And so glad that you had a better day considering.

Sounds like nerve pain, it can cause some weird feelings. Just today mine rotated between feeling like burning hot coals, ice cold and wet

Sounds normal - your foot is elevated and you’re probably not moving it much. I wore pair oversized grippy socks on that foot to keep the toes warm.
