I’m due to have a scarf osteotomy ..

I’m due to have a scarf osteotomy .. I’ve been wondering I would manage the practicalities of showering , sleeping in a bed etc. any info gratefully received as I’m feeling a little overwhelmed by how I will cope afterwards , I been told two weeks of doing not much but resting then stitches out.. will be able to walk unaided or need crutches ? Thanks
