I think no matter what surgery, procedure, doctor, there is always going to be the potential for unexpected complications. Always good rule of thumb to get at least 3 opinions and then make the best voice possible. Does not mean that MIS procedure is bad or wrong.

I had MIS and no real pain to talk of. After six weeks I was able to wear sneakers or other supportive shoe. I’m using Skechers for now.
have questions? Get Answers! so i found out on wednesday not only do i have a bunion i have hallux rigidus i’m in so much pain surgery wasn’t recommended can anyone tell me why they think this is surely something can be done
Comment Michelle Willman Jones That is one surgeon’s recommendation, there are other options, less invasive available. Consider getting another opinion… have you tried custom orthotics and altering shoes that fit better??
