I'm sitting at about 27 days post-op since my MIS bunion surgery. I was recently asked what prompted me to have bunion surgery at all. About a year or so ago, I was walking with my then 4-year-old son, and towards the end of the day, I had an awful, throbbing pain on both sides of my feet by the base of my big toes that made this grown man want to cry.
