I'm trying not to get upset but I'm a bit concerned.

I'm trying not to get upset but I'm a bit concerned. My stitches were not removed at my 2 week check up as the incision area was not healed. I was wrapped back up and am due back tomorrow for 4 week check up. I've just exposed my toes as the were feeling quite hot. I was shocked to see that I have severe athletes foot between my smaller toes. They were bound so tight the small one was tucked behind the other. I also have no feeling in my second toe! Is this normal after bunion surgery
