I may have found a solution for my Hammer Toe. Initially, I was given Zentoes Gel Toe Cap for my left foot, third toe but that did nearly nothing for me and was recommended a procedure called Flexor Tenotomy. I decided to see another Podiatrist and found out that my arch insole that I had been wearing in my shoe had holes in it. Podiatrist gave me Powerstep insoles and immediately I found relief walking. Doctor wants to see me in a month. I am healing slowly but not quite there yet. So far I am very satisfied. Time will tell if I get to 100% pain free while walking.
