I started taking naproxen sodium (Aleve) a few days ago and it’s been really helping manage the pf pain. I’m taking less than the recommended dose but still nervous about taking it. Anyone else tried this?

Just be careful as it is hard on your stomach. I take it when the pain is bad or have a flare up and usually 1 pill per day for a couple of days.

I wish it did work for me. I take 500mg a day and it does nothing.

It worked well for me, but it isn't viable long-term, sadly.

It works for me. Also have used meloxicam but it’s harder on the stomach.

I take Tylenol Arthritis it seems to help. Ibuprofen 800 was not as effective

Naproxen taken long term can cause ulcers, just be careful. My sister can no longer take any nsaids because of long term naproxen use and ulcers.

Works for me as well

as many people mentioned here, I found that it did start to upset my stomach after a few days, so trying to get by with occasional ibuprofen for now.

Ohh, I see. I never experienced those symptoms, even though I've been taking it for a long time, with only a few days off here and there. Honestly, it's the only thing that helps me get through the day.
