You need to purchase an electric file and thin this out as much as you can. Then soak w vinegar Epsom salt daily, and I apply an Antifungal liquid 2-3x a day

I think I got the fungal from boxing or the matts in the gym.

Podiatrist.
Alcohol wipes, Castor oil, tea tree oil, ACV soaks I also added Epsom salts to the soak. Be very consistent. Wash all of your socks inside out in hot water. Disinfect your shoes. Cut your nails way down. Also sit outside with your feet in the sun. Mine is completely gone. I never used any medication.
You need medical treatment
Consider Jublia topical and Terbinafine pills in tandem.
Done the terbinafine pilla really bad reaction Been doing Vicks for 3 weeks now applying twice a day consistently and generously , it leeches into my socks as well as my shoes . Seen some small changes as expected Have done across counter meds for a very long time 9 nails impacted initially were Used Nail revive for 9 months all nails improved but stalled last few months using twice a day So heading to Vicks applied as above
Have you tried mustard?
I got all this and some coming for my feet hopefully this helps me
thanks

in the nail section ?
I bought mine off Amazon. Don’t get a battery operated one those are not very powerful
yes near the fingernail clippers and nail files
I’m going to the podiatrist and they don’t know what else to do, now I’m on to Vicks again 😒 soooo annoying
Anonymous member 427 Vicks by dr order or you’ll do it
Thanks Jill
how long did it take and how long did you have it to begin with?
I would let my feet dry in the sun after the 20 minute Epsom salt soaks. Cut your nails a lot until you get all new growth coming in. Even though mine is completely gone now, after I take a shower I let my feet completely dry and put some castor oil on my toes and nails and then put socks on for a few hours. I don’t ever want it back again.
I had it for about 6 months before I was like wtheck is this. Once I did all of the things consistently every flippen day it took about 30-45 days to see a normal toenail coming in. Then I made sure to keep doing all of the things to keep to get rid of the fungus. About 3 times a day I would take an alcohol wipe (a different one for each toe and I think that was a huge thing to get rid of it. Also putting castor oil all over the my toes and nails and putting socks on. I would sleep bare foot at night so my feet could breathe. I washed sheets in hot water quite often.
the alcohol wipes before bed or in the morning?
anytime I used them more than once a day
thank you
can I ask what your reaction was like ? I think I'm having one myself x
interesting 🤔 im dealing with my own 2nd toe and been watching comments with gratitude 🙏 to follow and this the 1st time im seeing mustard does it work well?
no…. Doesn’t do anything . Just asking if you have tried mustard 😜
lmaoo ok 😆
The oils at night before bed or in the am
Vicks, and soaking in hot water , listerine and vinegar
That was really fast? In quite surprised
Sir, you walked an awful lot barefooted on a swimming or gym floor area to get this bad. How long did you do this before deciding to look for help.?
Cut the affected nail close as you can first of all.
Where has it spread to?
I bought these and they were too harsh for my gut so I ground half of one in a mortise and pestle. https://www.amazon.com/.../B0030H.../ref=mp_s_a_1_1_maf_2... boiled water to dissolve, added vinegar and baking soda to the very warm soak. (Allow to cool until safe). I have fought thus for two years and in a month I saw real progress. Finally gone!
