I’ve been recommended to get a hallux valgus correction by scarf and akin osteotomy and at the same time a medializing calcaneal osteotomy to correct the flat foot, anyone got both these procedures at once? The recovery for both together is tough long and non weight bearing ( I have a newborn). The bunion is sorer than the ankle. Any people who have been in similar situation?
