I’ve had severe toenail fungus for 18 years!

I’ve had severe toenail fungus for 18 years! I’ve tried everything. Finally this year, i feel like I’m seeing huge improvement. - castor oil, tea tree, tinactin cream and Jublia. Wow. Two weeks ago, rashes popped up on my groin, armpits and on my head. Great… athletes foot has spread I assume. I made a doc appt which I couldn’t get in for three weeks. So in the mean time, I thought I’d just adapt my diet- 100% cut sugar, refined food and starchy carbs. Like an anti Candida diet The rashes an itches cleared up almost instantly. My scalp was no longer itchy.. I couldn’t believe how quick it happened. Yesterday, I was caught without lunch and purchased a fruit tray with cheese, meat stick, fruit and yoghurt fruit dip - I figured a little treat would be ok. Last night, the itches came back. While super inconvenient, it makes me think I’m on to something with cleaning up my diet.

That's the combination I'm trying at the moment, only just started on these, will give it a few months to see if any effect.

Sugar is definitely the culprit for athletes foot moisture rashes elsewhere etc

Reducing food intake is a great indicator for assessing tractive flares in the body. I find removing breakfast has become a good habit for my metabolism. Also intermittent fasting allows the body to scavenge and use up energy supplies instead of constant overloading. Sugar is a good start to remove out of the diet.
