I was on Terbinafine for 7 months last year and my toa nails cleared up beautifully. After stopping meds it rapidly came back. Now back on around 2 of Terbinafine since 3 months: no difference or improvement at all.

Try to apply this topical. Mine seem to come back right away after finishing Terbinafine, unless I put this prescription topical on. They prescribed it to me for my athletes foot. The terbinafine completely took away the appearance of my athlete’s, foot too, but it still itched, which is the only reason they prescribed it. But then I noticed it helped my nails too. I applied it for months after finishing Terbinafine, and my nails are all good now. I used a disposable nail drill to lightly sand off the little spots that had come back originally.

Anonymous member 599 Did you replace all your shoes and socks? I have been reading that this can make a difference on it coming back
