I was recently diagnosed with a Tailor's bunion on my left foot, however I also have pain in the ball and heel of my left foot, and occasionally in the ball of my right foot. I was fitted for work boots and I've tried all sorts of inserts, cheap, expensive, middle of the road, orthopedic surgeon recommended. I've mainly tried insoles for standing all day and ones for high arches.
