I work on my feet all day with little pain, but when I get home and sit , and go to get up I can’t walk horrible pain. Any ideas?

Your fascia shortens during rest. When you stand it tears or lengthens to mirco tearing. That’s why.

Before you get out of your chair, stretch your feet and calves a few times. You should find that helps.
