if anyone else has trouble with arches and need more flat but cushioned shoe, can you tell me what you bought? Thank you!

Yes. I get arch cramping with same arch support ive had for 3 years. Tried no arch support in the flux shoes and actually feels better but feel like I could use something in-between. Just got the stryda inserts last week and giving them time to break in before I make a decision on opinion
Thank you, for responding. So the Flux shoes you speak of, have no arch and are cushioned? comfy? Is this the name I look up? Flux? And do all of them have no arch? thank you so much!!
yes they are a minimalist shoe. I started with arch supports at first and was starting to have more cramping and stuff so for heck of it I thought id try without. It actually felt good. Ive been playing around with inserts and shoes whatever makes my feet happy
have u heard of Altra shoes? I had contacted the company to find out which shoes did not have arch support. Escalante 4 was one. But it’s for warmer weather so I will share with you a screenshot of what they emailed me we live in North Carolina and it’s colder weather here.
