Is plantars fasciitis curable and does PT help? Does it comes back sometimes? What are the symptoms and where is it on you foot located?

I had that for a long time. It's hard to get rid of it. I did PT for it but it came back again. Then I decided to buy an ultrasound wand and got rid of it that way.

Seriously, buy OOFOS shoes. They fixed mine years ago and it never came back. They are awesome with a high arch.

It’s only in the bottom of the heel and when I treat this, I can cure it 95% of the time within a couple of months typically without surgery

I am googling. Thank you. My journey started in 2022, with plantar fascitiitis… have had two surgeries, (bunion surgery and faciial release, not sure spelling correctly). Was doing good but just yesterday my heel started hurting again. The thought of another surgery scares me.

Was this due to your bunion or the surgery?

had foot surgery right months ago but it not on that surgery foot on my other foot. It's like a marble or pebble on my arch near heel starts.
