Is there anyone in this group that custom orthotics honestly did help them ? Estelle Jacobsen I am doing research on what my next move is. Server plantar fascia since start of year. 8.7mm thickness and a 9mm tear of the plantar fascia. I had to stop work. I have had prp injection, shock wave treatment and cortisone. Nothing worked. I had a mri in march and then in July and there has been no change. As I am not working and have rested it. I can walk around house for a few hours to cook and house work. With no pain.
