Don't let this get you down! I know - I remember hobbling. It's awful but evaluate what you are doing now and decide what you think could be working even a little bit and keep it up. Add some new things. You might consider- I know it is controversial- a steroid shot(stay off your foot as much as possible for 48 hours) for some relief. I've also heard of wearing a boot for a time period- ask your doctor if this will work for your specific situation. I dealt with it for over 2 years and have a job that requires standing . A year later, I was struck with a virus in both of my eyes that was extremely serious, continues to be, and affects my life daily. I've had multiple operations. My point is don't let this get to you- get a boot on if that works for you and exercise as much you can. PF takes a lot of patience and grit.

I’m sorry, I understand how you must feel. For me, even not being able to wear shoes or cute sandals anymore and yes I know there are cute supportive sandals and stuff out there but it’s like a whole process to determine a good fit and then they’re usually expensive. .
