Looking for recommendations for footwear.
Looking for recommendations for footwear. I'm 5 weeks post Big Toe fusion. I'm still in my boot and have my x ray and review in just over a week. I'm wondering what I should be aiming for in footwear going forward. I've seen rocker soles being recommended and also carbon fiber insoles. Does anyone have any experience of these ?
