My toenail was ingrown and I tried to get it out but I don’t feel relief. I don’t know if I got it out. I don’t know if it’s still irritated from me picking at it the last couple of days, but any help is greatly appreciated. I would go to the foot doctor but I don’t have health insurance at this time.

If u don't have insurance try the market place...I got my ingrown toenail taken out and it's actually deeper than we think it is....we are just pulling out the base when I saw how deep mine was I was in shock 😲🫨 my toe would bleed and have pus but glad I got it removed such a relief

Soak in epsom salt and warm water, as warm as you can tolerate morning and evening

If you don’t have epsom just substitute salt until you do

I recommend that you choose a good pair of insoles to minimize the damage to your feet, which is beneficial to you

Soak your foot in Epsom salt Slide dental floss beneath the toenail to life the corners out Trim nail

okay I’m going to have to try that. I’ve had issues since I broke this toe with ingrown nails. My heels also crack really bad - even with wearing good socks and good shoes. I’ll try the insoles- thank you!!

yeah unfortunately I don’t have any insurance so I guess I’ll just have to clean it and find the source 🤷‍♀️
