NEED Advice: I am a very active mid 40's male, MRI results on my right foot showed- "partial-thicknes tearing of the 3rd MTPJ plantar plate with a capsular thickening and joint effustion, and a prominent underlying adventitial bursopathy and flexor tenosynovitis. Appearances suggest this is mechanical.
